Paint correction
Paint correction is machine polishing that removes a thin layer of clear coat and levels the surface: wash scratches, holograms from poor polishing, dullness and bird-dropping etching disappear. The result is visible immediately: depth of colour and a mirror the paint has not had for years. At Premium-Auto every correction starts with a paint thickness measurement, because paint cannot be added and can only be removed once. Correction is also the natural preparation for a ceramic coating.

How the work goes

Inspection and measurement
Under the lamp we assess scratches, measure paint thickness and choose the level of correction. We say what polishing will not remove.

Preparation
Washing, decontamination, masking of edges and plastics.
- 03
Polishing
The cutting stage removes scratches, the finishing stage gives gloss. Every panel is checked under the lamp before we move on.

Protection
Panel wipe and protection: wax for a season or a ceramic coating for years.
